Movel AS is committed to handling personal information safely and securely. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

When you establish a customer relationship with Movel AS, we register information about you.

The same applies when you register as a subscriber at Movel’s webpage.

The personal information we store includes the following:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • Parking space identification
  • Username for “My Page”
  • How you use Movel’s service, for example, when and how much energy you charge
  • Information we request when you report issues with our customer services

ABOUT COOKIES

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

After this, we will delete or, in some cases, anonymize your personal information. We conduct regular reviews to identify stored personal information that should be deleted.
